WHAT TO EXPECT
In our Mixology Experience, we begin by welcoming your guests with a signature Sage Roots cocktail. Our expert mixologist will then take the group on a journey through the history and origins of various spirits and liqueurs, offering a sensory experience of tasting, smelling, and sampling.
We cover the fundamentals of bartending, including an overview of the essential tools, cocktail-building techniques, and the art of balancing flavors to create the perfect cocktail. Following this, we split the group into pairs or small teams, inviting them to apply their newfound skills by crafting their own cocktails using a selection of ingredients and recipes. It’s an engaging, hands-on experience that ensures everyone leaves with a deeper appreciation for mixology.
